ALCO-EP™ ECF  PREMIUM MULTI-PURPOSE GREASE WITH MOLY      

BIODEGRADABLE SPECIALLY FORMULATED AND DEVELOPED FOR SUBSEA OR OTHER CONDITIONS WHERE EXTREME WATER RESISTANCE IS NECESSARY.  

A premium, state-of-the-art, multipurpose calcium sulfonate complex grease thickening a blend of synthetic oils selected to provide the level of biodegradation required to meet the Norwegian “Yellow" and the combined UK and Netherlands “E" categories. These are the most safe environmental ratings for a lubricating grease. The non-plating, organic EP/anti-wear additives allow ALCO-EP ECF to be used where tolerances are low and/or speeds are high. Colour - Pale Red. NLGI Grade 2

AP-1W™ HI-TEMP MULTI PURPOSE GREASE 

 Formulated from bentone clay, AP-1W™ is noted for its high temperature insensitivity, is non-melting and does not thicken excessively at temperatures as low as -20°F (-29°C). It has mechanical stability, is water resistant, displays high stability on working, has excellent adhesion to metals, prevents wear and has superior storage life. Colour - White. NLGI Grade 2.

AP-5™ HI-TEMP MULTI PURPOSE GREASE WITH MOLY

Formulated from bentone clay, AP-5™ is noted for its high temperature insensitivity, is non-melting and does not thicken excessively at temperatures as low as 0°F (-18°C). It has mechanical stability, is water resistant, displays high stability on working, has excellent adhesion to metals, prevents wear and has superior storage life. NLGI Grade 2

ARCTIC™ EXTREME SERVICE GREASE 

A calcium 12-hydroxystearate grease without solid additives formulated to provide superior lubrication over a wide temperature range. Extremely resistant to water, humidity, ice, road salts and salt spray and surpasses the Shell Roller Test for 100 hours at 150 degrees F (66 degrees C). Exceeds Federal Test Method No. 3454.2 Wheel Bearing Test. Excellent for automobiles, aircraft, cold rooms, etc. NLGI Grade 2.  

FIFTH WHEEL GREASE MULTI-PURPOSE GREASE WITH GRAPHITE

Lithium graphite grease specifically formulated for lubricating the connecting surfaces on articulated lorries. It can also be used in a wide variety of plain bearing and related applications. Service range -18°C to 190°C.

FMG FOOD MACHINERY GREASE

FMG™ is an aluminium complex grease lubricant of the USDA Authorized H-1 type. It meets or exceeds the requirements of CFR Title 21, Section 178.3750 of FDA Regulations and is specifically designed for use in the food processing industry where it may have incidental food contact. FMG has been formulated to perform in a wide variety of operating conditions. It is extremely water resistant and will remain in place even after frequent wash downs. Polymer additives provide adhesive/cohesive strength to protect against pound-off when shock loads are encountered. FMG is recommended for the lubrication of roller, needle, ball, journal, and sliding bearings in the food processing and handling industry.

JET-PLEX-EP™ LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASE

The ideal multipurpose grease for use in extreme-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions. It is the top-of-the-line product for general-purpose and/or severe applications. JET-PLEX-EP has a smooth texture with a heavy body consistency, but provides good pumpability in both hot and cold operating temperatures. It also has excellent resistance to water and water washout problems. Oil separation is minimal even under extreme pressure. Heat cycling produces only a minor change in consistency. JET-PLEX-EP is formulated with special lubricity, anti-wear, and extreme-pressure additives and is fortified with rust, corrosion, and oxidation inhibitors.   

GREASE GUN SCREW PRIME HAND LEVER OPERATED

Made to fit the need where special lubricants and or / high pressures are to be used when lubricating pumps and ball, gate &  plug valves. For proper pump and valve lubrication, they will serve the industry thoroughly and completely. High durable materials are used in the Gun's manufacture to give a long life of trouble free service. The screw handle with spring and primer cup provides automatic priming with each stroke of the plunger.  Three models are available offering 10000 or150000 psi                                                               

KILN GREASE HT™ EXTREME WITH  PTFE  

A premium lubricant formulated using a high viscosity, severely refined base oil. The base fluid combined with aluminium complex thickener produces a grease with exceptional high temperature, water resistance, and high load characteristics. The grease is ideal for use in kiln bearings, steel mills, pulp and paper mills, or in any severe service application where temperature, water washout and contamination, extreme loads, or a combination of these factors are present.

LITHIUM NO'S 0, 00 & 000 STANDARD AND EP MULTI-PURPOSE GREASES

 Multi purpose grease available in NLGI NOs. 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, & 3, giving greases that range from semi-fluid for seal gearboxes up to a firm consistency to prevent run-out in exposed bearings. This range also has excellent pumpability compared to other manufacturers' products of the same consistency.

EP BEARING GREASE

 EP BEARING GREASE™ is an all-purpose lithium grease containing naturally-occurring extreme-pressure and boundary lubricants. The additive package enhances the shear stability, lubrication properties and high temperature characteristics of lithium-based grease, making EP BEARING GREASE a versatile, cost-efficient, multipurpose grease. The extreme pressure additive has the added benefit of reducing acidity created by oxidation of the base fluid and organic additives in high-temperature environments. The result is a stable, high-temperature grease that will outperform most lithium-based greases on the market today

SILICONE COMPOUND DM MOISTURE PROOFING SEALANT AND LUBRICANT

SILICONE COMPOUND DM™ is a premium silicone compound for use in a wide variety of applications. Its low volatility, non melting thickener and high dielectric strength make it the compound of choice for moisture proofing ignition systems, spark plug connections, electrical assemblies, cable and battery terminals and other similar applications. SILICONE COMPOUND DM provides excellent lubrication and sealing properties for plug and gate valves, stuffing boxes, o-rings, and vacuum and pressure systems. The low volatility and inert properties allow it to be used on a wide range of elastomers and plastics. Ideally suited for subzero processing facilities and spiral freezer applications. It is not recommended for use on surfaces to be painted. NLGI Grade 3 standard (other grades are available).

It can also be used as a release agent and lubricant for both plastic and metal parts.

JET-LUBE® NO. 33 is a premium grease for use in a wide variety of applications. Its low volatility and low temperature properties allow the product consistency to remain constant over a wide temperature range. JET-LUBE NO. 33 is excellent for ball and roller bearings under light loads; plastic and rubber parts; small gears and applications requiring oxidation resistant lubrication. JET-LUBE NO. 33 is especially effective in equipment that must start in extreme cold. Color - Pink. NLGI Grade (standard) 2

TEMP-GUARD SYNTHETIC HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE

TEMP-GUARD™ is a high quality synthetic grease for high-temperature applications. It contains both graphite and molybdenum disulfide to give the product both low- friction and extreme-pressure capabilities. The synthetic fluid in this product provides exceptional low-temperature flow characteristics as well as high-temperature stability. Its inherent oxidation resistance is further enhanced with high-temperature carbon controlling antioxidants. There are no polymers to build viscosity or viscosity index. This unique feature results in a reduced tendency to coke or form varnish deposits in high temperature applications.

WHITE LITHIUM GREASE WITH PTFE

 WHITE LITHIUM GREASE is a premium, all-purpose grease that provides superior performance and protection for metal and moving parts under any use. WHITE LITHIUM GREASE penetrates and forms a long-lasting protective film to withstand heavy loads and high speeds, prevents rust and corrosion, eliminates squeaks and squeals and will not run or wash away. WHITE LITHIUM GREASE is excellent for all metal-to-metal lubrication and is the preferred lubricant for use in the plant, shop, home, auto and boat. NLGI Grade 2.

#202 MOLY-LITH™ MULTI-PURPOSE GREASE WITH MoS2

 #202 MOLY-LITH™ lithium-based grease contains micro-fine molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) particles to further enhance load carrying and low friction characteristics. 202 provides unexcelled protection wherever dirt, dust, high humidity, rain and adverse temperatures are problems; highly adhesive, pumpable and stable. Excellent for grease cups, pre-sealed bearings and chassis lubrication.  NLGI Grade 2.
