CC
LUBE is a multi-purpose synthetic lubricant that is clear, clean,
odourless, non-toxic, non-staining, non-drying, and ideal for use as
both a grease or a lubricant. It combines aluminium complex
thickener with synthetic fluids and PTFE to create an extremely
water resistant, long-lasting lubricant with unequalled performance
characteristics and corrosion resistance. CC LUBE is USDA H-1
Authorized for use in Federally Inspected Meat and Poultry Plants
and may be safely used on a variety of surfaces including metal,
plastic, rubber, vinyl and wood. Ideal for a multitude of
automotive, electrical, food processing, industrial, marine and
residential applications. NLGI Grade 2. |

GEAR
GUARD™ PASTE OPEN GEAR LUBRICANT
JET-LUBE’s GEAR GUARD™ is a paste-like, viscous lubricant for
reducing friction and wear. It is a heavy-duty compound, specially
prepared to penetrate pores of metal, with exceptional “stay-put”
characteristics. It provides maximum lubrication and shock-load
protection, reduces gear noise, lubricates, prevents scoring and
welding of gear teeth. GEAR GUARD penetrates strands of wire rope
and cable to replenish the original lubricant in the core itself.
GEAR GUARD assures a smooth, long-lasting, economical, and effective
coating. Its black colour guides proper coverage, allowing easy
touch up. It does not have to be heated. GEAR GUARD resists heat and
pressure, will not wash or wear off because of weather, and will not
break down after repeated workings. It contains rust-preventing
ingredients and is moisture resistant, actually displacing water.

JACKING SYSTEM GREASE ECF™
JACKING SYSTEM GREASE™ ECF™ was designed to lubricate a wide array
of heavily loaded gear applications. The compound blend was selected
to provide the level of biodegradation required to meet the
Norwegian “Yellow" and the combined UK and Netherlands “E"
categories. These are the most safe environmental ratings for a
lubricating grease. It can also be used on slides, jacking systems,
cantilever type rigs and assemblies, nuts, bolts, and a wide range
of other applications - making JET-LUBE JACKING SYSTEM GREASE ECF a
nearly universal product.

MP-50
MOLYBDENUM DISULPHIDE PASTES
MP-50™ Moly Paste is a non-melting, lubricating compound containing
a high percentage of low-friction molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). Being
a thick paste, it can be applied by brush or spatula. When employed
in mechanical components not exposed to air, good lubrication
results can be anticipated up to 2000°F (1090°C). Molybdenum
Disulfide is nearly inert in operating conditions up to 600°F
(315°C). If the grease vehicle should be squeezed out, disrupting
normal lubrication, the moly disulfide remains to protect working
surfaces. It assists in boundary lubrication by filling microscopic
voids. MP-50 “plates” metal surfaces, reducing high points and
increasing the load carrying area. It provides a low-friction shield
to reduce bearing temperatures, protect working parts, prevent
galling, seizure, stick-slip and heat-freeze. MP-50 has a film
strength of 300,000 psi and adheres tenaciously to metal surfaces.
MP-50 may be applied directly to hot surfaces without running off or
dripping. Conversely, it may be applied at temperatures as low as
0°F (-18°C) where many lubricants solidify. MP-50 is water
resistant, withstands extreme weather elements, and helps prevent
corrosion on parts exposed to water, steam, most acids and alkalis.

OG-H OPEN
GEAR LUBRICANT
OG-H™
is made of highly refined mineral oils, a non-soap thickener, low
friction molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphite, rust and
corrosion inhibitors, and extreme pressure additives. OG-H has
excellent “stay put” qualities, will not melt or throw off, and is
ideal for use at high temperatures where other lubricants become
runny or drip off. Being relatively temperature insensitive, OG-H
can be used at low temperatures without chipping off or channelling
and is completely waterproof. Colour - Black. NLGI Grade 3 |

WIRE LINE
LUBRICANT ECF
WIRE
LINE LUBRICANT ECF is a unique product for wire line applications
where a grease-type lubricant is required. Specially formulated for
slick line, electric line, and braided line, this compound blend
provides the level of biodegradation required to meet the Norwegian
“Yellow" and the combined UK and Netherlands “E" categories. WIRE
LINE LUBRICANT ECF is H2S inhibited and has unique capabilities as a
preservative against rust and corrosion. It also offers excellent
protection against extended exposure to the elements and UV rays.

WLD WIRE
LINE DRESSING CABLE & OPEN ROLLER CHAIN LUBRICANT
WLD™ is
a highly tenacious, adhesive lubricant containing both molybdenum
disulfide (MoS2) and graphite, and is specially formulated for use
on wire lines, cable and open roller chains. WLD penetrates the
outer strands of wire rope and cable, displacing moisture, and
permeating to the core of the rope or cable, lubricating and
protecting each strand. As the carrier solvent of WLD evaporates, a
thin, flexible film of lubricant is formed. This barrier film
prevents the incursion of moisture or dirt between the strands, and
contains rust and corrosion inhibitors to prevent both abrasive and
corrosive wear, significantly prolonging the life of cable and wire
rope. The barrier film of WLD protects against the formation of rust
and prevents “rust binding”, which reduces cable flexibility and
life; increasing friction and wear. The barrier also offers
protection against corrosion, preventing pitting of wire strands
that can cause fatigue failure in the cable or rope. WLD also
performs effectively in the presence of high humidity or salt water.
WLD resists being thrown and dripping off the cable or rope even at
the highest operating speeds. Because it is a “thin film” lubricant,
constant replenishment of the lubricant is not required, thus
reducing the cost of lubricant application.

WRL™ WIRE
ROPE AND CHAIN LUBRICANT
Wire ropes contain numerous moving parts that require lubrication.
Each time the rope bends or flexes, the internal strands rub
together. WRL™ coats these strands to prevent friction and wear.
This results in longer life, less downtime for rope changes and more
production. WRL quickly penetrates to the cores. This ensures that
the rope is lubricated throughout while providing a nondrying,
nontacky film on the outside of the rope that protects outer strands
from corrosion, as well as lubricating the wire rope drums and
sheaves. WRL is easily pumpable at temperatures down to -25°F
(-32°C). Its nondrying film remains flexible in most extreme weather
conditions, which eliminates flaking and peeling

READY HEAT FIRE GEL™
Ready-Heat gelled fuel is an alcohol based product made for heating
food in chafing dishes, typically used in restaurants to keep food
hot on the table. It produces a similar level of heat as pure
alcohol but its gel consistency prevents the risk of spilling
burning fuel, making Ready-Heat far safer to use. It burns with a
predominantly blue flame and produces no harmful fumes. Ready-Heat
gelled fuel can be used in, outdoor cooking apparatus and for any
application where heat is needed from a simple-to handle fuel. The
only constraint is to ensure that it can be extinguished by placing
a plate over it, as it will not easily blow out like a match or
candle. As opposed to other forms of gel heating, our formula is
long lasting and comes in a variety of sizes to suit your needs.
Completely environmentally friendly.
