BIODEGRADABLE
NON-METALLIC ANTI-SEIZE
ECF™ anti-seize is a special
formula of non-metallic components that plate on the surface
of the threads for fastener applications. This blend of
components will help to achieve the required torque set by
engineers and aid with the disassembly of the fastener
without damage to the threaded surface. ECF anti-seize is a
special non-metallic compound containing chemically inert
fibres in a biodegradable base grease carrier. This
combination of materials makes ECF out perform all other
anti-seize products for applications where high nickel
alloys and standard alloys are used. This formulation is
ideal where extreme chemical exposure and corrosive
environments are present. The unique grease base is suited
for long term corrosion protection for flange bolts and any
threaded surface needing protection from the elements.

FOR ALL DRILLING CONDITIONS
Widely regarded as the best copper based drilling
compound in the World; KOPR-KOTE not only prevents
galling, but provides a friction factor that rises with
contact pressure, allowing the operator to over-torque
by 15 - 20% when making up drill strings for difficult
conditions (high angles, adverse geology, etc), to
prevent uncontrolled down - hole makeup. When following
correct doping and torquing procedures, high break out
torque and connection damage problems are minimised.
With KOPR-KOTE, standoff and deformation do not occur,
so full hydraulic integrity is ensured on all
connections and hydraulic lock does not occur on double
shouldered connections.

HIGH TEMPERATURE ANTI-SEIZE AND GASKET COMPOUND
KOPR-KOTE® Aerosol is a low-friction, anti-seize
lubricant manufactured from a combination of micro-size
copper flakes and graphite dispersed in a
water-resistant grease and fortified with antioxidants,
plus rust and corrosion inhibitors. KOPR-KOTE Aerosol
offers quick recovery of performance through the rapid
evaporation of propellant and solvent. KOPR-KOTE
provides a shield against metal-to-metal contact,
preventing seizure and corrosion. It fills
irregularities and imperfections and resists welding,
hardening, or setting. KOPR-KOTE provides low friction
and cushions impact and shock loads. Low shear between
particles reduces stick-slip, allowing quick disassembly
with minimum wrench torque. It will not squeeze out of
the threads, gum up or wash off. |

JET-LUBE®
NUCLEAR NON-METALLIC Anti-Seize Thread Lubricant is a
premium quality product manufactured to exact standards
in a certified ISO-9001 manufacturing and test facility.
It contains chemically pure graphite and other solid
boundary lubricants in a synthetic base grease. The
graphite, mineral silicates and synthetic base grease
were carefully selected to ensure that critical
contaminants such as sulphur, metals, halogens and
leachable nitrates and nitrides would be held to the
lowest practical limits. NUCLEAR NON-METALLIC provides a
matrix of solid lubricants that allows for more uniform
coverage. The film strength of the synthetic base grease
provides a shield against metal-to-metal contact

HT
ANTI-SEIZE & GASKET COMPOUND Specially
formulated for Stainless Steel
SS-30™ literally copper
plates mating and sliding surfaces to provide protection
against seizure, galling, and heat-freeze. Its high
content of copper particles prevents metal-to-metal
contact, maintaining lubrication qualities under wide
variations of temperature, expansion, contraction, and
cyclic pressures and loadings. SS-30 has a high content
of micro size, pure copper flakes that are homogenized
into a non-melting, non-volatile grease. It contains no
lead or graphite, does not require mixing, and will not
separate, settle out, harden, or dry out in storage. It
is fortified with anti-oxidants and corrosion
inhibitors. SS-30 is easy to use, brushes on readily,
and adheres tenaciously - even on wet or oily surfaces.
It brushes evenly into thread roots and over any
surface, assuring complete and efficient coverage. It
can be applied directly to hot surfaces without running
off, dripping, or thinning out. SS-30 is specially
formulated for stainless steel fittings, protecting them
from pitting and breakage. It works equally well on a
wide range of similar and dissimilar metals and mating
parts, including steel, cast iron, brass, copper,
plastics, titanium gasket materials and packing. NLGI

 MOLY PETROLATUM
ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND
JET-LUBE’s MOLY PETROLATUM
anti-seize is manufactured to conform to the requirements of
Military Specification MIL-T-83483B. The intended use of
this compound is to prevent seizing during assembly or
disassembly of aircraft engine spark plugs and threaded
fasteners and fittings at temperatures below 800°F. MOLY
PETROLATUM is the ideal anti-seize thread compound where
parts are engaged with components fabricated from similar or
dissimilar metals. It is also intended to provide corrosion
protection to the metal surfaces below 800°F. Since this
compound contains MoS2 which at higher temperature
conditions (1000°F and above) it may induce corrosion of
fastener or contiguous materials. Accordingly, its use at
higher temperatures should be avoided. For high temperature
applications, NUCLEAR NON-METALLIC should be utilised. |

ZINC DUST PETROLATUM
ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND FOR ALUMINIUM AND ALLOYS
ZINC DUST PETROLATUM is
manufactured to conform to the requirements of Military
Specification CID (Commercial Item Description) A-A-59313.
The intended use of this compound is to prevent seizing
during assembly or disassembly of threaded or unthreaded
components fabricated from aluminium or its alloys, engaged
with components fabricated from similar or dissimilar
metals. It is also intended to provide corrosion protection
to the metal surfaces.

550 ® NON-METALLIC ANTI-SEIZE COMPOUND
JET-LUBE's
most versatile, extreme pressure anti-seize and assembly
lubricating compound designed for general-purpose use on
steel, aluminium, and cast iron threaded connections,
and slow moving, high loaded gears, slides, etc. 550
provides easier make-up and breakout, reduces torque and
eliminates heat-freeze, easing assembly and disassembly
time for reduced labour costs and increased
productivity. 550 contains molybdenum disulfide (MoS2),
graphite and other low-friction ingredients in a
non-setting form. 550 also contains an extreme-pressure
additive, providing additional protection against
galling or seizure. 550 is water resistant and assures
long-term protection against rust and corrosion. |

metal parts from seizure, galling, rust, corrosion and heat
freeze by tenaciously adhering to the metal surface. WHITE
KNIGHT provides a degree of safety and protection

Jet-Lube (UK) Limited makes
the Limited Express Warranty that at the date of delivery, these
products shall be free from defects in Jet-Lube (UK) Limited
materials and Workmanship. This limited Express Warranty is
expressly in lieu of any other express or implied warranties,
including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness
for a particular purpose, and of any other obligation on the
part of Jet-Lube (UK) Limited. The sole remedy for breach of
the Limited Express Warranty shall be the refund of the purchase
price. All other liability is negated and disclaimed, and Jet-Lube
(UK) Limited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential
